It is with huge excitement I can announce that here at Eden Brown we are partnering with a wonderful health organisation committed to providing help and advice to those suffering from a lifelong condition causing a range of difficulties inflicting considerable negative impacts on daily life. This charity has a wonderful history and an exciting future and is at a significant time in its development as we search for a talented individual to join the team taking the lead on all nationwide fundraising activity.

As Fundraising Co-ordinator you will take on the exciting challenge of working with both the Chief Executive and board of Trustees to coordinate, manage and expand the existing fundraising programme. Tasked with identifying new opportunities as well as developing existing channels, the role will be broad covering large grant applications, trust funds, community and corporate fundraising. With a focus on digital innovation and the improved use of digital platforms and campaigns the role will involve the developing of processes and procedures to encourage fundraising via social media. With an established donor giving scheme and local volunteer groups, this role comes with a huge amount of potential to scale up existing fundraising, while also diversifying into new areas. The overarching priority of this position is to ensure the on-going success of the organisation's core operations, but also secure long-term financial sustainability for the charity.

To be considered for this role you should be an experienced fundraiser with a range of experience across multiple income streams. You will ideally come with a track record of raising income through trust and foundations, community groups and corporate partnerships. This organisation lives and breathes the work it does so this role comes with a very real opportunity to join a passionate and dedicated team and make an impact on those individuals living with this life-limiting condition. Most important, therefore, is a proactive and positive attitude and your enthusiasm for the wonderful work of this worthy charity.

The role is based predominantly out of HQ offices in Hitchin, but comes with the opportunity for flexible working and is on a 24 month contract (but with the potential for extension). To be considered for this role, or to find out more, please apply below or contact Charlie on /0161 2331600.

Eden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer. Eden Brown Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
