A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Fundraising Engagement Manager to join a national children's charity covering the North East as part of a job share, working 21 hours.

As Fundraising Engagement Manager you will be accountable for generating income through a range of channels within your specified geographical area. You will be working toward a budgeted income target, achieved through building and securing strong relationships and successfully engaging the charity's supporters. In the role you will have the opportunity to be really involved with the families and beneficiaries of this wonderful charity. This role will also have a strong focus on relationship management and stewardship with local corporate contacts. There will be some real scope to develop some significant relationships that will be pivotal in the growth of the region.

To be considered for the role you should have a proven track record in raising significant income. Although a background in fundraising would be advantageous, we would be interested in hearing from you if you are a strong relationship manager and be comfortable working in a target driven environment. An influential negotiator, you should possess excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills and have an abundance of confidence, enthusiasm and passion to bring to this wonderful charity.
