Job description

This is an amazing opportunity for a HR Admin to embark onto the charity and join a successful team and including being responsible for all supportive HR duties.

Eden Brown is working in partnership with a leading Charity, to recruit for a HR Admin based in Aylesbury.

Key responsibilities:
- Proven HR Administration experience, within a fast-paced environment demonstrating an understanding of HR processes and procedures.
- To be able to work from your own initiative, effectively manage your own high volume workload in a fast pace environment.
- An ability to work both independently and as part as a team within broad policy and professional standards.
- To be able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Candidate requirements:
- Enthusiastic, flexible and self reliant.
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) with data entry experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
