A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Regional Community Fundraising Manager to join this much loved national charity in this capacity on a permanent basis.

As Regional Community Fundraising Manager you will take on overall accountability for the performance, management, delivery and development of the Community Fundraising activities across the North West. You will be responsible and accountable for the Community Fundraising budget and take on the management and development responsibility for the Community Fundraising team. Directly responsible for the management and performance evaluation of a geographically dispersed team you must motivate and challenge, leading them to continued success and support them in achieving their fundraising budget.

To be considered for this role you must come to us with significant and varied fundraising or sales experience and be able to provide demonstrable evidence of budgeting and forecasting for income and expenditure. You must be a motivated, trustworthy and ambitious manager, ideally with experience of leading a geographically dispersed team.
