Eden Brown is excited to be working with a Mental Health Charity based in London, who is on the look for an experienced HR Manager to join their fantastic team, on a full time, permanent basis (3 months). Paying £45,000

Accountabilities and scope of the role:

The HR Manager will report to the Director of People and will work closely with their HR Manager colleague, based at our Core office, in London.

They will also work closely with the Resourcing and Talent Manager, People Development Manager, and Head of Attraction and Engagement, to ensure there is a joined-up approach to the delivery of our People services and support across the charity.

Overall purpose of role

The HR Manager will support the people management functions that underpin the charities business priorities, values and culture. These will include full range of HR generalist advice and guidance for managers and employees - employee relations, terms and conditions of employment, remuneration and performance management.
They will also contribute to and support HR strategic and operational objectives. Working in conjunction with the HR Manager, based in London, to ensure there is consistency in practice and delivery of HR services, across Place2Be.
The post holder will play a key role in the development of HR policies and procedures and ensure they are kept up to date and in line with current employment law. They will be responsible for keeping managers informed of any changes to existing policies and the implications affecting the management of their people.
This will include writing guidance documents and delivering training to support HR policies and procedures.
