We have a hugely exciting opportunity to join this charity as Community and Events Manager, taking on the exciting challenge leading the community fundraising and events team. As Community Fundraising and Events Manage r you will be responsible for the effective day to day leadership of the passionate and proactive community and events team. A key focus of the role will be to work with the Senior Community Fundraiser to develop and implement a community fundraising strategy. Working across multiple income streams including community, events, campaigns and merchandise and you must lead by example in the excellent stewardship and support to all donors.To be considered for this role you must come to us with previous fundraising experience to include demonstrable experience of leading and managing a team of fundraisers. You should have a demonstrable track record in developing and delivering fundraising plans and a proven ability to exceed targets and report on income. Proactive, solution focused and passionate, you must have the necessary interpersonal relationship skills to engage with diverse audiences and build relationships both internally and externally. Perhaps most importantly you should come to us with an unrivalled hunger to embrace what is a hugely exciting opportunity to lead a community and events fundraising team to enable the income growth of key income streams that will support the continued work of this wonderfully worthy organisation.
