Job description

Eden Brown is working in partnership with a NHS trust, to recruit for an Executive Assistant to the Director of HR based in Melbourn, Cambridgeshire.
This is an amazing opportunity for an EA to embark onto the organisation and be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support.

Key responsibilities:
- To provide office management support and services including typing reports and correspondence, diary management, travel planning and processing invoices. Also any other general support in order to support the Director of HR.
- To be able to answer routine queries and give advice on everyday matters.
- To be the first point of contact for high profile patrons such as MP's.

Key Skills:
- Strong telephone skills
- Shorthand/ speed writing skills and audio typing.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Able to stay bias and keep sensitive material confidential.
- Diary management and record keeping

Candidate requirements:
- Tact to deal with difficult situations
- Adaptable, initiative and energetic.
- Well presented, organised, with the ability to prioritise.
- Knowledge of ambulance service policy and processes.
