Job description

Here at Eden Brown I am delighted to be working in partnership with an incredible Charity to find them their next Service and Development Manager in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Charity where helping young people is at the forefront.

In this role youll be working to make a difference to the lives of others by working closely with the Mental Health Clinical Leads and Gp's s to ensure that the Charity is able to offer impacftful and effective wellbeing services to young people . You will also manage and be working closely with the funding partners, therefore experience in building relationships with key stakeholders is key to this role.

You will be line managing staff and volunteers at the Charity and creating a warm culture is key. You will also take responsibility for managing the budgets for each service.

You will have had experience of leading a team and also have had experience of writing and securing funding from a variety of different funders. Experience of managing and evaluating services is also essential for this role. You will have worked with a young persons service at an operational level and you must be a car driver. You will be based in the services however there is some flexibility for home working also.
