Payroll and Pensions Officer

£16.39 PAYE per hour

Eden brown is working in partnership with a local council to recruit for a Payroll and Pensions Officer based in the Greater Manchester area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Payroll and Pensions specialist to embark onto the organisation and join a successful team and be responsible for customer focused HR, Payroll and Pension services.
Key responsibilities:
* To support the Management team in all matters regarding to deliver of the payroll and pension functions.
* To deliver accounting and control measures inline with statutory, audit and financial reconciliation needs.
* To support the development of new business, contract and improvement projects, weighing up the delivery against service level agreements and targets.
Candidate requirements:
* Experience of developing and implementing Payroll and Pensions systems, processes and procedures within a large, complex organisation
* A good understanding of legislation requirements in relation to payroll and pension
* Computer literate
* Strong communication, oral, written skills with the ability to present information to a range of audiences
